Newport High School Orchestra and Evergreen City Ballet are delighted to present an encore production based on the beloved fairy tale, Hansel & Gretel. This original ballet will feature the Evergreen City Ballet with choreography by Jennifer Porter, and live music performed by the Newport High School Chamber Orchestra, conducted by Barney Blough. The unique collaboration between Newport High School Orchestra and the Evergreen City Ballet provides young musicians and dancers with the experience of working together on a live show, resulting in a wonderfully artistic production that’s sure to enchant audiences of all ages.
